Why I do this work

I've spent years working with people as new technology changed how their jobs worked. What I saw over and over was that the hardest part wasn't the tool. It was the uncertainty about how to use it, what it meant for their roles, and whether the change was trustworthy.

That experience shapes how I work with AI now. I care more about how a tool fits into daily work than what it can do in theory.

How I think about change

Technology adoption works when people feel informed, respected, and capable.

When change happens too fast or shows up without explanation, people push back or lean on tools in ways that don't actually help. Confidence comes from understanding why something matters and how to use it well.

That's what shapes the workshops and client work I do.

How I work with people

I've spent years helping teams adopt new technology without losing sight of the people doing the work. I know how to take complex technical possibilities and turn them into workflows that fit how people actually work. I pay attention to how change feels because confidence and trust matter just as much as speed.

In practice, this means:

  • I listen before recommending

  • I explain things in plain language

  • I encourage small, low-risk experiments

  • I help people develop judgment, not dependency

What you can expect

If we work together, you can expect:

  • Calm, honest conversations

  • Clear boundaries around privacy and use

  • Practical guidance rooted in real work

  • Respect for skepticism and questions
